We are currently looking for a qualified Director - Communications, EITM to join our Corporate Communications team at our worldwide headquarters in Islandia, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for developing, implementing and managing integrated communications plans for CA's EITM Group, which includes:

* Application Performance Management
* Infrastructure Management
* Security Management
* Service Management
* Storage and Mid-market
* Workload Automation
* Business Units Operations
* Datacenter and Infrastructure Technologies
* Strategy and Business Development
* Platform Delivery and Integration Strategy

As an architect of the communications strategy for the EITM Group you will have a direct impact on CA's business by helping to shape CA's image and competitive position in the marketplace. This will be accomplished by leading and managing integrated communications for the EITM Group, ensuring alignment amongst its business units, coordinating various communications disciplines - media relations, employee communications, analyst relations and more - to ensure that CA's key EITM messages are delivered to the appropriate audiences in the most compelling way possible and working closely with the EVP, EITM Group and the General Managers of the various business units that comprise the EITM Group.

Key Requirements:

* Typically 10 or more years communications experience and at least 3 years in management
* IT industry experience a plus
* Solid media experience and media contacts
* Advanced writing and oral communications abilities
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to adapt quickly to change
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
* High energy and determination to get the job done
* Bachelor's Degree
* Business travel of approximately 5% or less yearly is expected for this position
