Our client, a major financial services company, is experiencing double digit growth in their online channel contributing a significant percentage of the company’s profit. Based on the growth in this channel, they are looking for an addition to their team.

The position will report to the Vice President/Manager of Database Decision Strategy in its Marketing division for the online channel to perform analysis, modeling and reporting of campaigns across 15 different market assets in the public and secured sites. The successful candidate will be second to this manager, working with other stakeholders including the SVP of email campaigns and marketing managers working with the lines of business and product groups.


Experience in campaign analysis(including direct mail), modeling and reporting as well as SQL to pull data is needed. Open to industry background.

Responsibilities:
Will include but not be limited to the following-
§ Analysis to determine best use of market assets for product line & profitability
§ Reporting based on complex inputs – delivery to internal stakeholders
§ Modeling – target models for campaigns (email and other) based on customer profile, segmentation, channel applicability, contact strategy, etc.
§ Deep data mining, analysis and reporting (30 – 40 percent of consultant area of responsibility)
§ Ad hoc reporting using Micro Strategy or Business Objects (10 percent of work load)


Functional Experience
§ Demonstrated success in analytics and presentation/communication of the results specifically in direct marketing campaigns (control/test/value life cycle)
§ Experienced in direct marketing campaign analytics with a working knowledge of SQL, SAS knowledge is a plus but not required
§ Skilled in Excel for navigation of data
§ Knowledgeable in Micro Strategy tool and/or Business Objects for reporting, preferred
§ Online marketing campaign analytics experience beneficial but not required

Our client is looking for an energetic, strong professional who is highly organized and detail oriented. A self starter, who is an independent worker in a fast pace environment capable of communicating frequently with internal stakeholders.
