Description
Infinity Insurance Company, a national provider of personal automobile insurance is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic entry-level Business Development Representative.

This self-starter will be responsible for the growth of Infinity products with assigned accounts and the creation of business development strategies. Will also prospect, appoint, orient and train new agents and encourage existing agencies to increase sales.

Travel required daily within your territory and some overnight travel is necessary. Incumbent will work out of his/her home. We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, performance incentives, laptop, company vehicle, and a comprehensive training program.

Requirements
Four-year (4) college degree (Business or Marketing preferred) and one (1) year of sales or marketing experience required, or two (2) or more years of outside sales/marketing experience.

Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Working knowledge of use of PC/software program use including, but not limited to, spreadsheet and word processing software.

Credit, background and MVR checks required.
