Advantis Technologies, Inc., an industry-leading manufacturer of recreational water treatment products, is seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant. This position reports to and works closely with the Vice President of Marketing at the Alpharetta, GA corporate office.

Primary responsibilities include: Supporting the Marketing Department with administrative functions including administration of programs, promotions and daily operations.

Additional responsibilities include but not limited to:

-         Liaison to fulfillment center for merchandising, literature and direct mail

-         Maintaining customer database including audits, updates and queries

-         Processing of co-op requests, rebates, customer leads and other programs

-         Administration and overseeing of various sales promotions

-         Fulfill customer requests for product information, digital images, etc.

-         Assist with special projects including corporate apparel, web site, and tradeshows

This position requires 1 to 3 years job experience and excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access) required. A good understanding of creative and print production processes as well as familiarity with design programs a plus.

Deadline oriented individuals who are able to multi-task and work well in a group environment preferred. Minimal travel required. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
