University Place, an independent living community for seniors, is seeking an energetic, people-oriented individual to join our team as Marketing and Sales Coordinator. This position involves marketing to potential residents and their families as well as referral sources in the community, from generating new leads and lead sources through final sales and move in. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and must have excellent communication skills to be effective in direct sales with the public.

Duties of this position include:

Conduct direct sales presentations and tours with prospects and family members. Create new and service existing relationships with professional lead sources in the community. Maintain appropriate follow up and lead fulfillment in order to close sales. Daily management of the leads system and periodic reporting. Meeting sales and occupancy goals in accordance with the established marketing plan.

Full time. Salary commensurate with sales experience and abilities; bonuses will be directly tied to sales success. Some evening and weekend scheduling as well as local travel will be required to meet sales goals.
