Primary Responsibilities:AdvertisingInitiate, develop and implement advertising campaignsPlan and organize effective advertising programs with advertising agenciesAssist in the quarterly and yearly budget planning for advertisingKeep track of the advertising resultsMaintain good communications with agencies to develop cost-effective programsJoint Marketing/ AdvertisingExplore joint marketing opportunities with media, business organizations, providers and other relevant entities to acquire new businessCreate cost effective joint advertising programs Sales CollateralCreate effective sales materials to support the sales teamKeep the sales teams posted of new sales materials from the mainstream market Database ManagementUpdate and refresh the database on a regular basisMake marketing analysis and provide valid reportsIdentify new supply/ sources of leadsInitiate direct mail programs using our databasePublic RelationsLaunch PR campaigns and public education programsMedia relationship management, organize press conferences and issue press releases Marketing ResearchPerform market research and survey audience to gather valuable data regarding customer behavior patterns
Qualifications:Candidates must be able to read and write in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Marketing, public relations and project management experience is needed, prior experience in healthcare desirable. Proficiency with MS Office applications is essential. A related Bachelor’s degree is needed.
