The Market Information & Design Specialist provides first-in-class market information materials to our brokerage team as they present store location and shopping center leasing strategies. These materials include market overviews, informative and attractive aerials and maps, and the graphical presentation of demographic data. The position requires daily use of InDesign and frequent use of Illustrator and Photoshop. Training will be provided in the use of our GIS mapping program, which is used to create customized, detailed presentation maps.

An equally important responsibility is maintaining a record of updates to these materials and actively identifying outdated resources. This position will coordinate and proactively participate in the update process.

For the right candidate this is a tremendous career opportunity as this entry-level, temp to permanent position has the potential to grow into a department management role.
