Safelite AutoGlass, the nation's leading auto glass repair & replacement team, is seeking a qualified business leader to join our team of auto glass experts running the Arizona market.  This individual will be responsible for unlocking everyday challenges that include staffing, budgeting, managing and sales for this multi-unit market.

We’ll provide the training about the industry and operations and the right candidate will provide the business expertise to build market share and sales growth in this market.  This leader will be backed by the largest and strongest auto glass company that will provide training, tools and best practices needed to succeed. What's Driving Your Success?

Qualifications

·     Multi-unit management experience a plus

·     5-10 years managing a front-line workforce of 20+ associates

·     At least 5 years in a retail or service work environment that includes experience with logistics, operations, budget, P&L responsibility and sales

·     Automotive management experience desired

·     Proven leadership skills

·     Proven track record for achieving financial results

·     Bachelor's degree in a relevant major such as general management, operations, logistics, supply chain management, entrepreneurship is desired
