Ameri-Force has an opening for a Marine Skilled Trades Coordinator in New Orleans, LA.

 

The position involves supervision of the employees placed on jobs, recruiting workers, payroll, developing new business, safety job site inspections, travel and maintaining current business.

 

The ideal candidate must have:

Ability to manage large workforces at job site Work Extended & Flexible Hours as required Strong leadership skills Ability to operate independently and without supervision Ensure compliance with policy and procedures Communicate well with Customers and Employees at all levels Proficient Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Database Management) Day to Day office operations Able to recruit workers for jobs Secure new business and maintain current business Conduct safety inspections at job sites Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in the Marine industry Shipyard experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

 

We are looking for a strong leader that is enthusiastic and professional. Must be customer focused with customer relationship skills. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, excellent PC skills. Able to communicate at all levels both verbally and written. This position requires strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Solid experience and understanding of the Skilled craft concepts and issues in a staffing environment. We are looking for a goal oriented professional

Salary will commensurate with experience.
