Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support to the Director of Marine, Port and Security Operations and the responsible senior shipboard management to ensure compliance with International maritime safety and security regulations onboard and within the ports of call that the vessels visit. Ensure all current marine and security relationships throughout the operating areas and ports are maintained. Develop ongoing security and safety training programs internally and externally for ship board officers and crew. Conduct internal security and safety training as appropriate for Officers, Crew and island Cast and maintain the annual security training calendar. Conduct internal security audits and ongoing Security assessments, and review security operations of the vessels and port facilities within their operating areas. Provide relevant internal intelligence consolidation, review ,analysis and commentary to Disney Cruise Line leadership. Provide follow-up and support to senior onboard leadership in respect of safety and security investigations and provide assistance when procedural changes are required along with the closeout of issues raised within these investigations.
