Topsider Building Systems, Inc., maker of upscale post & beam homes shipped worldwide since 1968, is expanding and seeks individuals with “hands-on” manufacturing supervisory experience for foremen and lead persons career opportunity positions.  Candidates are sought for general manufacturing and shipping & receiving departments.

EDUCATION:  High school diploma or equivalent is a minimum. Two-year degree in a related area, or the equivalent in work experience is a plus.

BASIC CRITERIA:  Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in a manufacturing or a job shop environment, with good knowledge of woodworking equipment and manufacturing methods.  Ideal background would be in furniture manufacturing, steel fabrication or similar precision manufacturing areas.  Candidates must be good at math, paperwork and computer literate.

COMPENSATION:  Based upon experience and qualifications.
