The company is stable and growing and has multiple plants. This company is a leading edge high tech manufacturing organization with growth potential in to many new areas. They are seeking a key team player in a position that will coordinate and be responsible for sustaining activities involved with manufacturing processes and continuous process improvement. The company is seeking an experienced Engineer to do daily problem resolution, promote production, cost improvements, organization and efficiency and manage projects. Activities will include focus on continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to increase production.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibility will be evaluation of manufacturing processes and procedures to establish the “best” methods required for effective operation. You will be involved in all phases of sustaining daily activities including problem solving and future planning. You will seek to improve processes and implement cost reductions while maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a team player in involved with project –type work. This position reports to the Engineering Manager and has responsibility in plant engineering activities with focus on equipment efficiencies. Primary importance will be manufacturing process experience. Experience with wire products would be a plus.
REQUIREMENTS: The Company requires a minimum four-year BS degree technical degree and a minimum of three years of related experience in a position of similar responsibility level. (Prefer BSME or BS Metallurgical Engineering) Qualified candidates will have a strong background in manufacturing in a fast paced operation. You must have experience with Process Engineering in a manufacturing operation. Candidates must be self-motivated with very strong documented experience in hands-on problem solution and have strong team building skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to gain the cooperation and confidence of others are required. The ability to think on your feet and rapidly adjust to changing priorities is necessary.
