Our Values: Integrity, Leadership, Ownership, Passion for Winning.   Procter & Gamble’s Andover Plant began operation in 1969 and currently has approximately 200 employees working in Manufacturing, Research & Development and the Technical Development Organization.  The products which Andover currently produces are Gillette shave gels, Old Spice body spray, Tag body spray, and Satin Care shaving crème/gels. Construction efforts are underway to bring more volume into our facility.  Andover is located 26 miles north of the vibrant City of Boston and the Atlantic seacoast, 20 minutes from the mountains of New Hampshire, and is accessible via route 93 and 495.  We have a cafeteria and gym on site.   The plant operates on three shifts, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.   The role will be responsible for supporting the Aerosol packing lines and providing ongoing packing line improvements and technical leadership. This work will enable the department to deliver exceptional results against the critical measures. Key responsibilities include:
1) Lead packing teams to deliver Process Reliability improvements
2) Support packing line operations in delivering day to day business results
3) Lead resolution & investigation to root cause of packing issues (e.g, process failures, breakdowns, etc...)
4) Lead and develop others to implement improvement projects
5) Lead/coach  loss elimination teams and develop capability in others.   Demonstrated leadership  in resolving packing/technical issues, delivering projects/initiatives, eliminating losses and managing multiple priorities.   Demonstrated skills in the area of collaboration (working effectively with others and across organizational boundaries).   Demonstrated capability in problem solving, root cause analysis and driving out losses.   Ability to coach and develop high skills in others in the areas of Leadership and Collaboration, as well as root cause analysis and troubleshooting.   Demonstrated knowledge and experience is preferred in Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Initiative Management and Focused Improvement.   Candidates must be seeking a BS/MS degree in Engineering.    Typical entry level candidates must have less than 8 years practical experience.    Requirements include minimum overall GPA of 2.75 (on 4.0 scale) and a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on 4.0 scale) on Engineering related courses.   Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, refugee, asylee or lawful permanent resident.   Procter & Gamble is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
