Manufacturing Manager

 

A leading manufacturing company in beautiful North Idaho has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Manager. This position reports directly to the President of the Company and manages a three shift operation.

 

The candidate shall be a strong leader, with the ability to:

·        Manage the day-to-day manufacturing operations

·        Meet production schedules, delivery requirements and quality standards

·        Establish and maintain a Safety Program

·        Develop strong relationships and establish accountability

·        Bring new ideas for increasing production, improving quality and cost  
      improvements

 

The candidate must possess experience and demonstrate:

·        Exceptional decision-making abilities

·        Production cost reduction

·        Strong analytical and project management skills

·        Strategic decision making

·        Budgeting and Forecasts

·        Excellent interpersonal skills

·        Lean Manufacturing

 

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors Degree, 10 years manufacturing experience with at least 5 years management experience; experience in metals and fabrication preferred.
