CITY: Houston STATE: Texas COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities): * Financial leadership and responsibility for Aero Energy Packaging Global Supply Chain activities including logistics, manufacturing and sourcing in Houston. * Assist GM, Aero Energy Supply Chain driving day-to-day operations and financial oversight. Focus on operational excellence and simplification across all aspects of Supply Chain within Aero Energy including daily operations, inventory management, plant and equipment, and product costs. * Partner with Aero Energy Services team to coordinate unified reporting of specific company wide metrics including inventory and Plant & Equipment. * Assist in the development and monitoring of global costing systems, tools, policies and procedures to be used by Finance and Supply Chain personnel. * Ensure financial records are maintained in timely, accurate and complete fashion. Support accounting reviews, audits and pre-close; ensure financial compliance in all activities consistent with policies and procedures. * Lead the development of periodic forecasts consistent with business requirements and monitor the progress against objectives. Includes income statement, balance sheet and cash. * Participate in the development of operating plans, Growth Playbook, SII and other forecasts and reviews. * Review and analyze supply chain data (spending, capital, inventory, variances, etc). * Work directly with all levels of personnel to create, maintain and analyze critical supply chain performance metrics. * Drive understanding of results/trends and coordinate with Supply Chain management to create action plans on areas identified for improvement. Qualifications/Requirements: * Undergraduate Degree. * 6+ Years of finance experience with increasing responsibility. * Manufacturing Finance Experience. Desired: * EFLP or Corporate Audit Staff experience. * Previous Blackbelt experience. * Flexible self-starter, high energy, strong work ethic. * Solid communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
