Our Client is looking for a pro-active, innovative and energetic contributor to join their team.

This position involves manufacturing engineering support of a Class 100 Fab cleanroom manufacturing process in our amorphous silicon, flat panel product line. Working with Process & Equipment Engineering, Production Planning, EHS, Facilities and Maintenance, you will model and improve line capacity, product flow, and cycle time. Job responsibilities include cleanroom protocol and improvements, ESD (Electro Static Discharge) controls within the facility and process, cassette cleaning and repair, and general manufacturing engineering support of the process area. Major Responsibilities: The candidate should be able to understand and model batch and continuous flow processes from a capacity, cycle time, WIP moves, and facilities layout perspective. The candidate should have a strong working knowledge of cleanroom protocol and airborne particle measurement. The candidate should have a working knowledge of facilities, equipment and operator ESD controls. The candidate must also be able to work with Quality Control to implement and enforce stringent clean room protocols, incoming material quality and to ensure that all Fab Production Operations are ISO 9001 and 14001 compliant. The candidate will be a hands-on manufacturing engineer expected to document, train and implement process improvements, cleanroom protocols and facility improvements

Qualifications Desired: BSME required, MSME preferredThis position requires a minimum of five years of applicable experience or equivalent in a semiconductor or flat panel manufacturing clean room environmentStrong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Project Strong understanding of both batch and continuous flow manufacturing Ability to interact with multiple disciplines Strong problem solving skills Self motivated Organized
