Large Manufacturing Company is located in Los Angeles, California, and is actively looking for three Manufacturing Engineers for a six-month contract, with experience in Manufacturing or Aerospace. Candidate MUST HAVE BS in Engineering, or equivalent experience, with 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace, machining, or manufacturing industry. Candidate must also have experience with lean manufacturing, 6 sigma tools, CAD/CAM experience with Mater Cam, Solid Works, or similar software, and thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and other applicable tools. Candidate will be responsible for the engineering processes to produce aerospace products through shop floor processes involving machining that produces close tolerance aerospace components. Candidate will also be responsible for analyzing and interpreting technical data (engineering drawings, specifications, purchase orders, etc.), driving business metrics, planning sequences of operations for fabrication and assembly of products, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing, designing special tooling or devices, analyzing and resolving fabrication and tooling, and creating new and modifying existing manufacturing drawings using CAD methodology. Company will pay for mobilization and per diem. Salary listed is an approximation, so all eligible candidates are encouraged to apply. Questions you will be asked:
