Description:
We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineers!!! Experience with outside processing, requesting quotes for the out souring of machining and processing, manufacturing aid sketches and procedures, coordinating router and steps with NC programming, manufacturing and quality control. Maintaining planning/updating to incorporate drawing, methodology and process improvement changes etc. Reviewing purchase orders, support suppliers with manufacturing with produce ability and process improvement issues, support quality control with tolerance and drawing interpretation issues, liaison between customer design engineering and manufacturing and quality on new products an product changes and develops rework/repair instruction for discrepant parts. Support contracts and programs managers with base line definition, change analysis and support with customers, design or sketch tooling for milling, welding, stress relieving, heat treating, inspecting, and assembling operations.

Requirements:
Must have a BA in Manufacturing or equivalent amount of experience. Must have experience participating in the MRB review board. Must have experience Actively participating in safety, lean processes, 5S, Kaizan, Time Studies, SPC, process flow, cost reduction, labor efficiency production and equipment changes. Aerospace experience preferred.
