At the Charleston, SC facility, Bosch designs and produces precision automotive components and systems sold to vehicle and powertrain manufacturers worldwide. Facilities are modern and fully air conditioned with state of the art equipment.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain manufacturing strategies for equipment, workplace layouts, labor and material flow to meet strategic goals.
- Maintain Product charts and Demand/Capacity planning charts.
- Responsible for the identification and acquisition of new equipment/processes to support requirements.
- Responsible for preparation and build of PPAP parts for new products
- Investigate and solve manufacturing process problems.
- Lead projects to improve cost, quality, delivery and safety of manufacturing processes.
- Responsible for leading efforts to achieve key metrics.
- Provide methods and tools for testing products and equipment.
- Organization and prioritization of task and projects.
- Use of statistical methods.
- Support product team, CIP activities, and plant goals.
- Responsible for the value stream mapping and process flow
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS degree in an Engineering field.
- Effective problem solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to teach and work with workshop personnel.
- Communicate and interact effectively including presentation skills.
- Project Planning experience.
- Self starting, results oriented, flexible, team player.
- Demonstrate discipline and consistency regarding adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Able to perform in a high dynamic area with constantly changing requirements
- Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship
