Job Description:

We are seeking a self-motivated, team-minded Manufacturing Engineer who will work closely with the Engineering and Quality departments, identifying and implementing continuous process improvement and cost reduction strategies to ensure manufacturing efficiency.  Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills and experience:

 

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering3-5 years related experienceIdentify and employ continuous process improvement strategiesIdentify and employ cost reduction strategiesLiaison with Process Engineering and maintain 95% tool readiness Solid oral and written communication skillsStrong documentation and tool discrepancy tracking skillsAbility to measure tool effectivenessProvide recommendations for new, more efficient, toolsIdentify and resolve causes of tool failure

Requirements:

3 – 5 years of continuous experience performing engineering duties within a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of PFMEAStrong understanding ofProcess Flow systemsERP / MRP systemsBill of Material generationCapable of reading blueprintsEfficient with Microsoft desktop applications, which include:ExcelWordPower PointAccessStrong written and oral communication skillsExperience in a ERP / MRO systemAble to operate a 3D modeling program  

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering AND 3 – 5 years related experience

 

Rate of Pay:

$55,000 - $65,000 Annually, Based on experience

 

Hours:

1st Shift

This is a full-time, permanent position
