Job Description:
Implements and analyzes manufacturing engineering plans and projects in a high-reliability electronics manufacturing environment.Designs, develops, and transfers manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies, and systems.Develops manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes. Interfaces with engineering in coordinating the release of new products.Estimates manufacturing costs and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.Creates and maintains manufacturing work instructions.
Qualifications:
BS in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of PWB assembly process experience. Working knowledge of IPC workmanship standards, including IPC-610 and J-STD-001 At least 2 years of MS Office Ability to work Second Shift Ability to obtain security clearance.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-starter and be able to work independently as well as with teams. Prior experience troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing problems related to materials, equipment, and other process.
