We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated recruiter with the ability to manage and maintain your own desk, while leading a team of recruiters. There is a generous base + commission + bonus pay structure.
The ideal candidate will have the following background:
Possess expert direct and passive recruiting and networking skills, with at least 5 years of proven billings.
Proven ability to develop strategies and processes that achieve results and develop the line organizaiton in recruiting, interviewing and skill assessment.
Strengths in communication, planning and influencing both up and down the organization.
Demonstrated skill in supporting company initiatives and proven abillity to promote them amongst the employee population you support.
Recognized as a leader amongst peers and have demonstrated the highest level of integrity.
Possesses experience managing a team of recruiters, with a legal background.
