RESPONSIBILITIES

Sale of 401(k)defined contribution and defined benefit plans in defined territory (St. Louis MO, Kansas, Nebraska)Open doors; develop new intermediary relationships with brokers, independents and wire housesOrganize sales process and manage presentations of the MassMutual product and service structure to intermediaries and plan sponsors.Demonstrate organization and structure while building pipeline of new relationships and in management of existing relationships. 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 4+ years Sales Experience.Knowledge of Defined Contribution/Defined Benefit products and markets Pre-existing relationships in Retirement Services distribution market a plus.Highly motivated self-starter. Excellent presentation/public speaking skills. Superior verbal and written communication skills.Consultative mentality and strong solutions negotiator. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer orientation. Multi-tasker able to handle multiple projects/priorities across a regional territory. Ability to travel Possession of NASD Series 7, 6, 63 & licenses

COMPENSATION:

We pay competitive base salaries and we reward performance. Our salary structure is commensurate with experience. In addition, you will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program including medical insurance and 401(K).
