Position Description:

As a Store Manager with Conoco Convenience Stores, you will be responsible for the successful operational and financial performance of one of our retail stores in the Colorado Springs area. This position involves: Maintaining image standards and a safe store environment Recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees Increasing employee effectiveness through coaching, counseling and discipline Implementing merchandising programs, point-of-sale materials and other plus-selling programs Maintaining operational performance to budget The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Store Manager and assist with all operational functions.

Position Requirements:
Ideal Store Manager candidates will possess outstanding leadership, management, training and development, communication, organizational and planning skills. Assistant Manager applicants must possess good communication skills and some supervisory experience is preferred. Management/supervisory experience in a retail environment is also desired for both positions.
