Essential Responsibilities:

Manage Test Engineering department-lead a team of engineers to design, build and validate product test fixtures used for semiconductor process equipment production (including gas delivery systems, process modules, flat panel testers).The test engineering team will also work with New Product Introduction team to define specification for product test fixtures.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

BS or MS in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirement:

5 to 10 years related experience working with Semiconductor equipment/subsystems and familiarity with components in fluid delivery systems.

Experience with metrology and analytical tools.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

Full knowledge of industry practices;

Good knowledge of electrical theories, design principles and practices and design evaluation techniques;

Ability to resolve a wide variety of complex issues using data analysis;

Exercises sound judgment in selecting methods, techniques for problem resolution;

Excellent project and time management skills;

Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
