Position Description:
Join Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Regional Processing Center in Baltimore, Maryland. We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager/Sr. Manager of Bank Services Trade Support. (Job level is contingent upon relevant experience.)

The candidate must have strong organizational, leadership and management skills. In addition, the position requires a professional and flexible individual who possesses analytical proficiency and strong written and oral communication skills. The position involves dealing with various levels of management internal and external to the Firm. The individual must be able to work autonomously and multi-task between day-to-day operational issues and project related tasks. The candidate must have strong prioritization skills to meet specific deadlines. The candidate is required to have a Bachelors Degree. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years proven management skills and cash management experience. CTP/CCM strongly preferred.


Essential criteria include:
• Proven management and leadership skills
• Extensive cash management product and service knowledge
• Experience with dealing with banks and bank relationships
• Experience with managing a staff to meet deliverables
• Project experience directly dealing with cash management issues

Specific responsibilities include:
• Oversight of bank account opening/closing and maintenance process
• Review and negotiation of account related documentation
• Bank compensation analysis and review
• Maintain cash management banking relationships
• Management of payment exceptions
• Responsible for ensuring timely execution of payments
• Providing customer service on payment issues
• Organize and provide monthly data for metrics reporting
• Presentations to all levels of management
