Overview

As the Manager, Solutions and Marketing for the SHPS’ Landacorp division, you will be responsible for developing the short and long-term Care Management market engagement strategy aligned with CMSA and AAMCN care management standards. You will provide key input for product functionality decisions that provide flexible solutions compatible with health care industry standards. You will gather industry intelligence from existing and potential clients and research emerging market trends, third party consultation, and competitor’s offerings and then produce plans to address. You will partner with the sales/marketing team and provide product demonstrations to prospective clients in response to RFPs or pre-RFP.  You will collaborate with existing and prospective clients to create specific solutions to meet their needs then demonstrates these solutions to facilitate implementation.

While our Landacorp division is located in Chico, CA, this position can be remotely located outside of Chico, CA.  Travel will be required approximately 50% of the time.

Job Skills / Requirements: Expert level understanding of current and emerging Care Management trends. Expert level understanding of current CMSA and AAMCN care management standards. Expertise in group facilitation and product demonstrations. In-depth experience pertaining to Care Management software solutions. In-depth experience in Care Management operations. Able to analyze client workflows and translate workflow requirements into Care Management software solutions. Able to analyze complex technical and operational requirements. Able to translate complex requirements for internal teams and staff. Able to analyze Landacorp’s products’ ability to meet client’s market challenges and provide strategic solutions to enhance product appeal. Able to professionally and persuasively address all levels of Care Management organizations to represent the Company in meeting client and market goals. Excellent communication and team skills to support key decisions.

 Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in related field, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. 5-10 years previous implementation experience with a software vendor, care management organization, or a third party consulting firm preferred. Previous experience in Care Management industry preferred. Previous experience with Relational databases and enterprise-class software applications preferred.
