This position is located in our ME, Bath facility



Directs and oversees land/building acquisitions, leasing, and site locations required for telecommunication installations. Oversees regional real estate acquisition operations, Ensures that assignment and scheduling of work follows timeline. Evaluates current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects. May serve as a point of contact for the community and/or governmental agencies. May be involved in managing zoning regulations. As a level II supervisor has staffing authority—makes hiring and salary decisions for a group of employees. Has full authority and may be considered middle management.



May require a bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in the real estate field with experience in telecommunications along with real estate broker license.

Comprehensive knowledge of variety of the real estate and telecommunication concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management
