Overseeing account maintenance and sales operations/support functions for ACL’s client base in Wisconsin and Illinois.
Coordinating new account set up of information systems equipment and hardware, phone and internet connectivity and supplies that support the client’s laboratory.
Collaborating with system communication to administer and maintain the external website.
Solving complex problems for internal and external clients. Ensuring account information is up-to-date in the system, which includes client demographics, logistics, system security, and information related to the web-based electronic lab test process.
Working with appropriate internal departments to coordinate the set up and maintenance of systems and supplies for new and existing accounts, which includes system hardware, internet, and phone connectivity, supplies (forms, bandages), centrifuges, and refrigerators.
Overseeing and coordinating client communications which includes the administration of satisfaction surveys to existing clients as well as various other mail out programs.General QualificationsKnowledge of business operations and practices equivalent to that which would be acquired by completing a regionally accredited bachelor’s degree program.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform this job are typically acquired through 5 years of progressively responsible experience in laboratory services or sales support/administration that includes experiences in leading customer service and sales account maintenance functions.
Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team of sales support staff and sales administrative functions.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of customers, and ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
Ability to manage data across multiple databases and maintain data integrity.
