Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Wal-Mart to enhance customer satisfaction through advanced analytic and consumer insightsEmploy best in class category management principals to maintain Armour Eckrich Category Advisors Roles for Smoked Sausage Advisory, Expanded Food Advisory, and Dept. 97 adjacency advisory at Wal-MartCommunicate the Wal-Mart Team's technology needs to Armour Eckrich Headquarters to enhance team efficienciesLead the designing and implementing of business intelligence & reporting tools for best in class category management capabilitiesCoordinate training and skill development programs for team members to continue to develop critical analytical skillsDeliver Monday Category Reports to the Wal-Mart BuyerCompile and Evaluate Category Trends through the use of Retail Link and IRI Databases for the development of Smoked Sausage Strategic PlanningAssist with the modular design and development of Smoked Sausage Categories to reflect consumer and category trends Work with Sr. Category Management Director and Wal-Mart Buyer to develop Annual Financial Goals and StrategiesProvide Actionable Insights to the Wal-Mart Buyer to drive category growth and profitabilityResponsible for Database Maintenance to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting and budgetingCollaborate with all team members to development and execute action plans to meet Wal-Mart Required Experience
