Manager – Revenue Cycle Process & Audit

The Revenue Cycle Process and Audit Manager is responsible for providing leadership within such key revenue cycle functions as denials control, appeals processing, charge capture improvement, and authorization monitoring, leveraging clinical background to support revenue cycle teams in these areas. This position may perform periodic audits of processes in areas such as these to ensure process, charge capture, and billing procedure compliance.

 

The qualities we are looking for in a Revenue Cycle Process and Audit Manager are:

- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.  Graduate training preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of hospital-based patient care experience.

- Minimum of 2 years management/supervisory experience.

- Must have utilization and/or case management experience, as well as charge capture analysis and improvement experience.

- Nurse audit experience and knowledge of billing requirements mandated by government agencies preferred.
