This position is located in our NY, Ft Drum facility



Manage and supervise all GDIT personnel assigned to the Fort Drum Battle Command Training Center (BCTC) in New York. Coordinates and directs all facets of digital battle staff training at the Ft. Drum BCTC in support of Ft. Drum, NY; i.e., 10th Mountain Division and other units as tasked by the government/TOR. Coordinate individual and collective battle staff training requirements in excess of Ft. Drum BCTC capabilities with Ft. Bragg BCTC. Provide advice to the BCTC Director, the 10th Mountain Division and Ft. Drum installation staffs as required, on all matters concerning the utilization of BC fielded ACTF/ABCS systems in support of battle staff training. Develop, supervise and track initial certification, sustainment, and cross training programs for assigned personnel. Ensure all facets of BCTC operations, maintenance, supply accountability, and staff deportment/time accounting are in compliance with the contract SOW and published GDIT policies and procedures. Develop/refine staffing requirements for BCTC assigned personnel.

Requires BS/BA degree.

Requires 8-10 years experience.

Fluent with current fielded battlefield simulation models. Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in technology-based training; advanced knowledge of the use and application of off-the-shelf tools; knowledge of the associated equipment and systems; and background in educational psychology, adult learning theory, human factor, or instructional media/technology preferred.
