We are currently seeking an Office Services Manager to join us in our San Diego office.

Responsibilities:

* Develop a partnership and positive working relationship with Audit, Tax and Advisory functional leadership by collaborating and communicating with them on a regular basis to provide support in achieving their business goals and objectives
* Assist the Office Managing Partner in support of and participate in office-wide events
* Manage the functional delivery of Operations support services in the local office, including mail delivery, ordering of office supplies, records maintenance, managing of hoteling system, back-up reception, and provide administrative assistant services as needed
* Lead the team in the implementation of firm administrative policies and procedures
* Develop skills and coaching of the support staff through internal and external training programs
* Actively participate in significant projects or initiatives within Operations Services
* Incorporate comprehensive firm knowledge in decision making process, resulting in the development of creative and/or more efficient solutions
* Understand functional needs with KPMG's capabilities, knowledge and experience
* Recognize and apply business trends in the profession and marketplace
* Responsible for hiring, performance management process, coaching and salary review
of the team
* Develop and monitor local office support services and occupancy budget through
effective planning, supervision and execution
* Support firm growth within risk and resource constraints
* Coordinate with other colleagues within and outside of Operations to help
ensure customer needs are met
* Maintain team focus on the successful completion of projects within budget and time
frame
* Contribute to the development of new programs, policies and procedures as
applicable, to support customers

Qualifications:

* Eight years of business, management, or supervisory experience in a progressively
responsible office or administrative management position
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
* Demonstrate strong and effective interpersonal skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work with various levels of customers and team members
* Computer proficiency with a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
