Engineering Support Manager POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Engineering Support Manager will supervise and lead the Compliance team in the daily operations of the Security team. This person must be prepared to respond to a constantly changing list of priorities with intent to carry each task to completion. This person must be team and customer service oriented. This person identifies information based on daily assessments and Internal Audit findings. This person keeps management informed on the status of important compliance issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:– Mentor all engineers and assist in their professional development– Provide input to development of applications on technical issues that may result in changes/enhancements to policies and procedures for all CHS systems.– Respond to facility requests for compliance support as it relates to Security policies, standards, guidelines and best practices– Complete tasks as efficiently as possible to maintain enterprise compliance according to regulatory requirements– Provide incident, trending, and problem management.– Identify and implement tools for continuous improvement and efficiency gain. – Prepares activity, service level performance, status reports and budget recommendations for assigned area.

REQUIREMENTS:–   AS400– Lotus Notes and/or Microsoft Exchange– Experience in large, multi-site corporate Windows and Novell environment– 5-10 years experience in Information Technology with emphasis on compliance– Cisco network infrastructure– Knowledge of Novell NetWare; ZENWorks; NDS/eDirectory– Knowledge of Active Directory, Citrix Server, Windows Server– Firewall Technology– VPN Technology – IPSEC/SSL– Patch Management– Anti-Virus Technologies
DESIRABLE:– CISSP – Healthcare experience – McKesson support experience– IBM System i/AS400 knowledge– AIX/Linux administration
