Manager of Retail Operations needed immediately for bank in Northern Virginia.  This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced and friendly environment while managing two individuals.  Qualified candidates will have retail banking operations management experience and be able to multitask efficiently. 

The position duties will entail  providing support and guidelines to retail banking and branch personnel through ensuring that all retail team members are adhering to corporate, regulatory and audit guidelines.
