To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

 

MUST HAVES:

·        A Bachelors Degree from a 4-year University is a MUST!  You will not be considered without this

·        5 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment

·        2 + years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer

·        Previous supervisory or experience managing projects & leading teams

·        Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies is a MUST!  Experience leading Kaizen events and Continuous & Process Improvement projects

·        Strong Project Management experience is required

 

PLUSES ++:

·        A BSME (Bachelors of Science Mechanical Engineering) Degree is preferred ++

·        Experience in a metal stamping or metal fabrication environment is a plus +

Are you currently a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer with strong experience leading teams or a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for a small company?  Are you a hands-on individual looking to join a rapidly expanding & well known organization?  Do you have a Lean Manufacturing background with proven results?  Are you a person that is just as comfortable making presentations in a boardroom as you are out on the manufacturing floor?  If you answered yes to these questions you are exactly who we are searching for!  Due to their success & expansion we are currently searching for a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to join their facility in the Sandhills area of southeast North Carolina.  The successful applicant will report to the General Manager and will manage 3 direct reports in this fast paced 24/7 environment.  The individual will wear multiple hats and will implement process improvements, lead events, facilitate change and be a hands-on manager in the facility.
