has an excellent opportunity for a Manager of Litigation Support and Business Valuation. This individual will have the following duties and responsibilities:
· Prepare valuation work plans, time budget, and client information requests.
· Analyze historical balance sheets and income statements.
· Reviewing and analyzing financial and industry information.
· Revenue and expense projections.
· Develop discount and capitalization rates.
· Draft valuation reports.
· Manager Staff
· Insurance claims evaluations.
· Damage evaluations.
· Matrimonial disputes and settlements.

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should have a CPA and 8-12 years related experience including valuations of privately held businesses, buy/sell agreements, litigation support, and reorganization plans and reporting, Candidates must have strong supervisory skills, analytical skills, close attention to detail, and good communication skills. Compute proficiency is a must. CBA, ABV, CVA,
or ASA would be preferred.
