We are currently seeking a Manager, Inside Sales and Warehouse Operations reporting to the General Manager.

DUTIES

Supervises and inside sales and warehouse staff of approximately 15 peopleOversight of all customer support functions including, but not limited to, account management, quoting, pricing, and customer follow up. Manage warehouse activities including, but not limited to, meeting weekly shipping targets and satisfying customer requirementsDevelop and implement office procedures and policies as necessary.Supervises and inside sales and warehouse staff of approximately 15 people.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

College degreeFive to ten years of related experienceStrong managerial skills Excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to lead, motivate and direct subordinates.Ability to interact with customers as well as PCC management and staff

This position is a key member of the AAA management team and can lead to greater responsibility within the organization.
