Status: Full Time
Reports to: Director Distributor and Channel Development

Location: Corporate Headquarters in Nashua, New Hampshire or along the Eastern Seaboard

 

 

Principal Responsibilities:

The Manager of Distributor Development is responsible for managing the relationship with Distributors.  He/she removes obstacles to eCopy sales, developing Distributor’s strengths and encouraging solution sales programs. 

 

Responsible for sales success of Distributors.Works with distributors on eCopy product positioning within the Distributor’s portfolio (includes communicating with Distributor, eCopy Product Management & GM to ensure product plan alignment).Designs, implements and tracks Promotions and SpiffsMakes certain that training requirements are being fulfilled from eCopy to Distributor and from Distributor to the Channel. Ultimately responsible for all business to business (not including sales and technical support) activities including price book, ordering processes, and information flow management. Responsible for crafting, evaluating and executing business plans related to each distributor.Create metrics to track and assess distributor performance - i.e. attachment rateSchedule and facilitate quarterly Distributor plan and review meetingsWork strategically as well as troubleshoot tactical issues (developing action plans as appropriate). Work with eCopy internal (and remote sales) personnel cross functionally to ensure each distributor’s needs are being met along with other tasks as assigned. 20-40% Domestic travel required.

 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent with a minimum of 10 + years of relevant work experience. This must include proven successful sales and channel management track record.

 

Previous field software sales experience required. Office Equipment industry experience is desirable. Excellent consulting, negotiation, presentation, and project management skills. Evidence of ability to work at both the executive and field level. Must show demonstrated success meeting revenue quotas.

 

 

This is a regular full-time position.
