Qualifications:

Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Supply Chain experience a must;College degree - Business / Operations / Finance or comparable background;Strong Negotiation and Project Management skills;Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;Strong Communication and client interface skills;Computer skills - Microsoft Office/Excel.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams to search for, visit, and qualify co-manufacturing and repacking resources - nationally and internationally; Negotiate prices, terms, and related contractual issues; Identifies risks and opportunities and develops/ negotiates contractual arrangements;Responsible for and oversees day to day co-manufacturing operations - responsible for costs, quality, service; Manage cross-functional projects to drive successful commercialization of co-manufactured products; Conduct cost analysis and other supporting analytical work.
