Our client, a top international law firm located in Washington DC currently has an opportunity for a Manager of Attorney Recruitment. The Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Attorney Recruitment and will work with the Senior Manager of Attorney Recruitment to manage on-campus law school recruiting initiatives, summer associate programs, and lateral recruiting initiatives for both the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia offices.

Responsibilities will include: Serving as the primary point of contact for summer associate and associate candidates; Review of all candidate resumes; Oversight of interview scheduling; Preparation of candidate files for Senior Manager and Hiring Committee review; Coordination of fall on-campus interviewing programs; Coordination of and attendance at summer associate program events and on-campus law school recruiting events; Oversight of recruiting database; and tracking of recruiting expenses.

· Qualified candidates will possess the abilities to multitask and prioritize while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
· Candidate must have exceptional judgment, demonstrate flexibility and professionalism, and be able to lead effectively while being a team player.
· Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment are a must.
· Candidates must also maintain confidentiality and be committed to providing excellent customer service.
· A bachelor's degree required.
· Prior managerial experience and recruiting/professional development/law firm administration experience preferred.
· Skills Required: Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel.
· Proficiency in viRecruit or similar recruiting software a plus.
· After hours and weekend work will be required, especially during the summer and fall months.
