Responsibilities:
Develop new National Accounts in selected industries for incremental revenue and margin-overall responsibility for accountDevelop several existing National Accounts to maximize revenue and marginLead implementation planning and rollouts for assigned accountsSales planning and implementationSupport Operations with training, focused sales development, and resolve issues at national level and local facility level as requiredObtain cost agreements from major suppliers to support margin goals and objectives for assigned and new accountsDevelop and implement sales and marketing plans in conjunction with major suppliers to achieve mutual objectivesTravel as required (50%+) to achieve objectivesRequirements:
Knowledge of specific industrial and construction electrical requirementsExperience in automobile, automobile Tier 1 OEM's, and other manufacturing OEM industries, and supplier industry knowledge a plusSuccessful sales track record in responding to RFP/RFQ, negotiations, closing, and sales/margin increasesSuccessful track record in building sales accounts and relationshipsExcellent, well-developed interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal skillsExperience as District Manager, Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Outside Sales Rep.
