AmeriHealth Casualty Services (ACS) offers workers' compensation insurance and services to businesses located primarily in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Our affiliations with major health insurers allow us to provide employers with a medical network that helps us keep costs down. AmeriHealth Casualty Services was established in 1996 as an extension of CompServices, Inc., one of the region's premier workers' compensation claims administrators. Our mission is to offer workers' compensation insurance combined with high-quality claims management and cost containment services. This position is based at our Center City Philadelphia location.

 

In this key role, you will manage the marketing activities of the third-party administration, special risk or loss sensitive managed care programs. Be prepared to respond to and develop opportunities to market our network of hospitals and physicians, case management and claims administration/adjustment services.  This position further requires you to establish/maintain excellent client relations through direct communication or through other associates to ensure that service issues are managed effectively.

 

Our qualifications include:

Thorough understanding of all Mid-Atlantic region workers' compensation laws with specific expertise in PA, NJ and DEExtensive knowledge of state and federal workers' compensation legislationAbility to utilize extensive practical knowledge in government relations activities relating to business ventures and on behalf of customersExcellent written communication and verbal presentation skillsExpertise in marketing services to potential high profile sales volume customersFamiliarity with and ability to effectively respond to RFPs
