As a Manager, Licensing & Registration Services, you will be responsible for:
· Providing leadership within the department to ensure client needs are handled in an accurate and timely manner
· Establishing an atmosphere of responsibility and responsiveness within your teams and, along with other LRS managers, across the department
· Working closely with other LRS managers to make recommendations for improvements to daily operations or solutions to problems within the department
· Motivating and mentoring team members by providing clear and timely feedback, including areas needing improvement (and the plans to address such areas), where applicable.
· Supervising and training multiple teams, as well as ensuring their productivity
· Coordinating the proper distribution of workloads and adjusting schedules
· Being proficient with the relevant details of client contracts, such as scope of work and performance standards and the penalties associated with noncompliance
· Monitoring the teams for compliance to contractual performance standards
· Creating processes and managing workflows for multiple outsourcing services
· Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
· Managing escalated and/or complex issues
· Assisting with the implementation of new accounts, including software configuration and business processes
· Managing client communications including weekly conference calls, on-site meetings and issue reporting
Requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to effectively manage and motivate diverse employee population to achieve the goals of the business.
· Ability to hold staff accountable and provide useful feedback and direction to get team members back on track when problems arise
· Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to guide internal resources toward goals
· Ability to adjust and adapt to challenges
· Detail oriented professional with the ability to multi-task, work independently and support other team members
· Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Proven track record in customer satisfaction
· Experience within the Insurance and Securities Industry preferred; experience within Licensing and Compliance area, a plus
· Familiarity and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite
· College degree preferred in Business or Management
· 5+ years of operations management experience, including customer relations
