Description: Manpower Inc, a $20 billion, Fortune 150 Company, with well over 300 companies world-wide, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill an International Tax Manager position at its Headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Participate in tax planning research and design and coordinate the implementation of tax planning for the Companys non-U.S. activities

Develop and implement process improvements in the international tax area

Primary responsibility for the review and preparation of the various non-U.S. tax compliance requirements including Forms 5471, 8858 and other matters related to the proper filing of the Companys U.S. federal income tax return

Review and track the significant tax attributes of all non-U.S. legal entities such as tax basis, earnings and profits and the non-U.S. foreign taxes

Manage other international tax-related projects including internal consulting for acquisitions, cash repatriations and audit support Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of Big Four and/or large corporate income tax experience including a minimum of three years of international taxation experience

Minimum of two years of supervisory experience

Experience including accounting for income taxes and FIN 48
