Description: 1.Achieve new business targets as well as other qualitative and quantitative measures.
2.Build, coach, develop, and lead a team of Account Executives into a highly responsive team able to close sales and direct clients through the signup and integration process.
3.Assist senior management in developing sales processes, procedures and departmental goals for team.
4.Review and continue to develop implementation and workflow procedures to close and integrate leads.
5.Work with peer Managers to leverage best practices and understand new trends.
6.Contribute to the implementation of workflow process improvements, including both case management and administrative tools workflows.
7.Provide feedback on current Inside Sales tools and identify specific improvements for future updates.
8.Monitor team for appropriate use of Inside Sales tools.
9.Manage and assist in response to business prospects via telephone communication and email transmission in an efficient and effective manner.
10.Interpret system-generated productivity, quality reports and survey information used for daily feedback sessions at the individual level and for weekly 1:1meetings.
11.Regularly review team reports and statistics and provide feedback to the team on how to optimize performance. Provide regular management reports describing the team's performance and key findings.
12.Administer disciplinary actions as directed by HR policy.
13.Identify and communicate system/personnel issues to senior management.
14.Actively monitor and analyze calls and/or emails and provide timely feedback to facilitate adherence to minimum productivity, quality and marketing expectations.
15.Develop and communicate simplified action plans for individual agent performance based on assessment of strength and weaknesses.
16.Coordinate reward and recognition programs as appropriate.
17.Monitor and report as required to track attendance and Kronos time system.
18.Participate in special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
19.Notify senior management and/or Human Resources of issues that may harm the center or its operations. Qualifications: Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Experience
1. 5+ years experience in one or more of the following areas: Inside Sales Management, Outside Sales Management, Territory Sales Management, Sales Specific Marketing Management, and Customer Support.
2. 5+ years experience managing an inside or outside sales team with more than 10 people.
3.Accustomed to managing annual revenues $20m/yr and acquiring more than 1,000 customers p/mo.
4.Detailed experience with sales planning and forecasting.
5. 5+ years experience in practical development skills/coaching .
6.Proven experience in managing 10 or more employees and/ or top 5 percent performer in your current position. Ability to close the sale essential.
7.Customer communication experience (E-mail & Phone.)
8. 5+ years Internet-related sales experience a plus.
9.Payments/merchant industry experience a plus.

1.Ability to function in multiple telephone and email queues covering several product lines.
2.Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
3.Demonstrated excellence with problem solving skills. Creative thinking. Ability to think on feet.
4.Strong working knowledge of PC based internet and software applications.
5.Knowledge of external systems and software. (The Internet, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel).
6.Knowledge of CRM systems such as SalesForce.com and Siebel.
7.Ability to communicate effectively via telephone by utilizing active listening, identifying objections and presenting business case to customer.
8.Ability to communicate effectively via email transmission by utilizing proper grammar and punctuation skills.
9.Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and peers.
10.Ability to define and utilize quantitative and qualitative management information reports
11.Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
12. Skilled in focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps, and delegating effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.
