Posting Description:
Manager, Global Brand Marketing manages all aspects of U.S. marketing efforts for a specific Visa Sponsorship Property (e.g. Olympics, NFL, FIFA, etc) or the overall Visa Brand.
Responsibilities:
· Support the development of annual marketing plan based on marketing objectives and strategies.
· Execute all aspects of integrated marketing plan, including advertising development and media placement, promotions, events marketing communications, sponsorships/partnerships, online marketing, sales support, etc.
· Ensure consistent application of positioning and messaging strategy across all components of the marketing mix.
· Participate in cross-functional marketing team that includes representation from Marketing, Sponsorships, Sales, Corporate Relations, Corporate Events, Market Research and external agencies.
· Support selling efforts to financial institution and/or merchant clients, including direct involvement in key client presentations.
· Develop competitive analyses.
· Track performance, including ROI, of specific initiatives and of overall marketing program
· Manage budget, billing and forecasting activity.

Requirements:
· 5+ years business experience, with majority in marketing roles across multiple marketing disciplines including advertising
· Four year college degree required; MBA preferred
· Demonstrated track record of executing marketing programs that delivered measurable business results
· Experience in management of external agency partners
· Demonstrated competencies:

· Minimal travel required
