We are currently looking for a qualified Manager - Financial Reporting to join our Corporate Finance team at our worldwide headquarters in Islandia, NY.

This position is responsible for helping to ensure global US GAAP compliance and assisting with the Company's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Working with other departments on a global basis to document processes/controls
* Visiting international locations to review accounting processes and procedures
* Reviewing work performed by others to ensure accuracy
* Preparing status reports for management; draft and review corporate finance policies and procedures
* Assisting in the preparation of forms 10-Q and 10-K
* Ensuring accuracy of all information contained in the consolidated filings

Job Requirements:

* 5 or more years experience in public accounting (Big 4) or combined public/private experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, high detail orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks
* Ability to work independently or in a team environment and lead when necessary
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
* Strong analytical skills (ability to read and understand accounting pronouncements)
* Business travel of approximately 20% yearly

Educational/Certification Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
* CPA license
