Innovative networking and software provider seeks a problem solving, disciplined, detail oriented, and articulate Financial Accounting Manager.  Being the right hand to the Controller of the multi-billion dollar international conglomarate oepns the doors for endless career possibilities.

In this role, you will manage the following:

Cash flow forecasting & variance analysis; Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; Credits & bad debts analysis and forecasting; Receivables analysis & metrics; Deferred pre-publication costs forecasting & accounting; Oversight of development cost capitalization; Resolution of technical accounting issues; Month end close (journal entries & reconciliations); Ad hoc investigations & projects (including financial modeling)

To be successful, candidates need a BS in Accounting/Finnace, CPA, preferrably Big 4 experience,  8+ years relevant experience in accounting and/or financial management, proficiency in accounting theories, practices, regulations and financial concepts, excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills, ability to analyze complex problems and evaluate possible solutions, self starter with ability to drive issues to resolution, ability to manage priorities and work under tight deadlines, and avanced Excel skills (including model building, complex formulae and pivot tables)

Salary/Pay Rate: up to $95K plus bonus
