• Bachelor's Degree minimum: master’s degree desired

• Exceptional business analytics and financial modeling

• Able to clearly and effectively understand and teach complex concepts to a variety of audiences

• Ability to work both independently and as a member of cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, demanding, and complex business environment

• Ability to sell new and implement new ideas

  Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of retail network products, pricing, and capabilities

• Develop analytical tools for client strategy team to predict and manage retail network yield – specifically, prospect payable forecaster, book of business pricing tactics, pharmacy MAC

• Develop modeling capability to understand impact of chain pharmacy negotiations including specialty drug pricing

• Manage pharmacy share shift commitments and highlight underwriting risk

• Develop in-depth knowledge of network setup and file management operations to enable efficient network development

• Develop new network products and corresponding price points based upon new contract negotiations

• With the client strategy team provide customer group portfolio oversight ensuring retail margin and payable targets are achieved in addition to development and management of retail portfolio opportunity analysis
